Tetra crystals provides white-label technical fulfillment for agencies. Whether we are building CRM architecture, workflows, funnels, websites, AI automations, or handling support tasks, we deliver the work for your agency to present and manage under its own brand.
We do not position Tetra crystals as your client's provider, and we do not use your agency's work as a public case study without your written permission.
Confidential Information We Protect
Our confidentiality commitment covers the non-public information you share with us, including your client lists, GoHighLevel sub-account details, credentials, workflows, snapshots, campaign strategy, internal documentation, project requests, pricing, and business processes. We use this information solely to deliver the work you authorize.
Access with a Purpose
We request and use access on a need-to-know basis. If a task requires access to an agency account, client sub-account, communication channel, or connected tool, our team uses it only for the approved scope of work. You control the permissions you grant and can revoke or change access at any time.
We encourage agencies to use role-based permissions and to remove access that is no longer needed after an engagement ends.
No Client Solicitation
Your clients are your clients. Tetra crystals does not use client information obtained through an agency engagement to market, sell, or offer competing services directly to those clients. We communicate with end clients only when you explicitly ask us to do so as part of a white-label workflow, and only through the approved channels.
Secure Working Practices
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information entrusted to us. Our team keeps credentials and client materials private, limits sharing to people involved in the work, and follows your documented handling instructions where provided.
When the Commitment Ends
Our duty to protect confidential information continues after the project ends. We may retain limited information only where needed for legal, accounting, security, or service-record purposes, and we do not use retained information for unrelated work.
